You may have heard the expression "All Food is Medicine". From a nutritional point of view, this means that eating right is the major component of keeping healthy in body and mind. This event will provide a framework for improving your diet and, potentially, bringing about positive changes for your health. 

 

Join fellow BNC member Penny Friedberg, an adjunct professor of nutrition at Maryland University of Integrative Health, as she shows how food can make a difference in health and well-being as we age.

This event has 2 parts, the presentation at the Boulder Library, then happy hour/dinner at a nearby restaurant. You may sign up for either or both parts. EACH PART MUST BE SIGNED UP FOR SEPARATELY.
