Membership

The Who, What, Why, When & Where of Boulder Newcomers Club Membership

Membership is open to new residents of the Boulder County area (less than three years) and those who have had a significant life-changing event (e.g. change in employment or family status).   Participation is limited to 5 years.  Prospective members may attend one activity before joining (see Bylaws Article III – Membership).

Annual dues, which are due by June 1, are collected on an individual basis at $20.00 per person.

Members make new friends when they participate in a variety of activities, luncheons, dinners, and special events.

  • Activities are offered for singles and couples.  Some are daytime, others are evening.  Some are during the week, some on weekends.
  • Special events to places of interest are scheduled throughout the year.  Participants often carpool and enjoy a meal at or near the location.
  • Refer to the newsletter for a listing of current activities, luncheons and special events.

Eligibility:

  • Those who are new to Boulder and have lived or worked in the Boulder County area for less than three years, or have had a significant life-changing event, are welcome to join.

Benefits:

  • You have access to all activities, luncheons, dinners and special events for everyone in your household.

Our Members:

  • Our members live in many areas of Boulder County.  For example, our members reside in Arvada, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Erie, Lafayette, Longmont, Louisville, Lyons, Nederland, Niwot and Superior. Our membership includes singles, couples, families and empty nesters; some are working and others are retired.

How to Join:

Annual Membership Renewal:

  • Our membership year runs from June 1 to May 31.  You will be reminded to renew your annual membership in May of each year.  Please send your membership dues by personal check and any updated information (home address, email, etc.) to: BNC, P.O. Box 17074, Boulder, CO 80308.
