The current health crisis is having a significant impact on all aspects of life. Stay at home orders, social distancing, business closings and event cancellations are impacting the way we live. Unemployment, the demand on healthcare and the uncertainty spreads anxiety throughout the community. How can we be optimistic in an unprecedented time like this? Well, if there is no alternative, then being optimistic is the only option. Mike Wien held senior marketing roles at Frito-Lay, Pepsi, Omni Hotels and Deloitte before becoming a marketing professor at Georgia State and an Ironman Triathlete. Now as a professional speaker, Mike focuses on gaining a competitive advantage and overcoming adversity. His perspective is appropriate for today’s environment.
