BNC Connect! Socially Distant Hike FOR NEW MEMBERS

Please note that attendance at BNC Connect! events is by INVITATION ONLY. Members who have joined the club during the past 9 months will receive a personal email invitation to the event, and ONLY members who receive this email are eligible to Sign Up. Prospective members who are considering joining the BNC are also welcome at these events.

We are so excited to offer a small group hike for our newest members this month. Shanahan Ridge is a popular hike with locals with trails of different lengths and difficulty. We will be hiking just a short portion of it - approximately three miles. There is some elevation gain, but it is very moderate. Hiking boots are recommended due to uneven surfaces. Also, be sure to bring some water and sunscreen!

The trailhead is located on Lehigh Street before you enter the Shanahan Ridge neighborhood. To access Lehigh, turn west on Table Mesa and then turn left on Lehigh after approximately a mile. Please be considerate when you park and avoid blocking mail boxes and driveways.

As always, please follow socially distancing guidelines and be sure to have a mask with you. Masks should be worn, even outside, when you are within six feet of another person.

There will be a second Connect event offered this month. Please sign up for only ONE event. We will also be offering a waitlist.
