Presented by Doug Sparks

Doug will present anthropological, business, and NGO perspectives on Chinese history, culture and urban development based on his personal experiences.

Doug conducted research on Chinese culture and religion in Hong Kong in the mid-1970's; worked with an insurance start up in Tianjin in 2001/2002; and continues today as the Sarasota FL Director for Sister City relations with Xiamen (the best little or big city in China).
